Great harness, as usual

This was my third harness from BrilliantK9, another custom fit for my new rescue, Gus. I've always been happy with their ergonomic design; it really makes a difference for active dogs. The measurements I sent in worked perfectly, just like with my older dogs' harnesses. Took about 10 days to arrive, which is pretty standard for a custom piece. My only small wish is that they'd add more solid color options, but overall, still my go-to for quality dog gear.

Reliable gear, as always

This was my third order from BrilliantK9, this time for a long line leash and a new velvet lined harness in a limited edition print. As expected, the quality is consistent with my previous purchases. The velvet lining is a nice touch, very soft for my dog. I've always appreciated that their harnesses don't restrict movement, and this one is no different. My orders always arrive well-packed, and I appreciate the durability of their products. It's why I keep coming back for all my dog's gear.

Good quality, delivery a bit slow

I got the ergonomic dog harness for my husky. The quality feels really solid, and it seems to distribute pressure well. He's not pulling as much, which is great. The sizing guide on the website was clear, and the harness fit as expected. My only minor issue was the shipping; it took about 10 days to get to me in California, which felt a little long. Everything else, from packaging to the product itself, was good value for the price paid.

Fantastic custom harness!

I ordered a custom dog harness for my border collie, and it's absolutely brilliant! The fit is perfect, and you can tell it's super comfortable for him. He moves so freely now during our walks, it's a huge difference from his old one. I'm so happy with this purchase, I'm already planning to get another one for my other dog. Definitely recommending BrilliantK9 to all my dog parent friends!

Decent quality, slow support response

I bought an ergonomic dog harness and a long line leash. The harness is definitely well-designed; my active dog has full range of motion, which was important to me. The materials feel durable, and it looks like it will hold up to a lot of use. The leash is also good, very sturdy. I had a question about cleaning the harness and sent an email to support. It took them nearly 3 days to get back to me, which felt a bit long. Once they did, the answer was helpful. Overall, a good product, but customer service could be a little quicker.

Custom harness process was smooth

I ordered a custom dog harness for my border collie, and the process was pretty straightforward. Their sizing guide helped a lot; I measured him twice just to be sure. Shipping took about a week and a half, which wasn't too bad for a custom item. The harness itself is really well made, you can tell it's quality. My dog doesn't pull as much now, which is a huge relief. I also got a custom name patch, which looks great. The only minor thing was that tracking updates weren't super frequent.

Good harness, fast shipping

Ordered a medium dog harness. It arrived quickly, took about 3 days to get here. Fits well and seems sturdy. My dog seems comfortable in it. Happy with the purchase.

Good harness, slow shipping

I ordered a medium dog harness and a matching traffic lead for my golden retriever. The quality of the harness itself is very good; it seems durable and well-made, and the reflective strips are a nice safety feature for our evening walks. It fit my dog comfortably, and he didn't seem to mind it at all. The website was easy to navigate, and the measuring guide was clear. However, it took almost two weeks for my order to ship out, which felt a bit long. Once it shipped, it got here in a few days. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which was helpful. A bit pricey compared to some brands, but you get what you pay for in terms of quality.
